1. License Grant & Scope of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dreainno grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Fogo Chrome Extension solely for your personal or internal business productivity on compatible Chromium web browsers.

Fogo Free provides access to core widgets, local clock styles, soundscapes, and local task storage. Fogo Pro licenses grant access to premium features including generative AI executive briefings, custom soundscape mixing, unlimited tab stash sessions, and future Pro-tier modules.

2. Subscription Fee, Billing & Merchant of Record

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted and managed exclusively by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy LLC. Lemon Squeezy manages all payment processing, currency conversions, invoicing, sales taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) compliance. When purchasing Fogo Pro, you agree to comply with Lemon Squeezy’s applicable customer terms and policies.

Automatic Renewal: Your Fogo Pro subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing cycle at the current rate ($9.99/year) unless you cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of the current term. You authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge the designated payment method on file on an annual basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty via the self-service Lemon Squeezy billing portal link provided in your order receipt, or by contacting support@fogo-extension.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to Pro features until the conclusion of your paid annual billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of Fogo Pro. We provide a full, no-questions-asked 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for initial annual subscription purchases. 4. Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of any non-public modules of the Extension.
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, license, or sublicense your Fogo Pro license key to unauthorized third parties or public forums.
• Circumvent or disable any license verification mechanism or security features embedded in the Extension.
• Use the Extension in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the Fogo Chrome Extension, including all related copyrights, trademarks, logos, audio synthesizer algorithms, visual theme designs, bento layout architectures, and proprietary software, remain the exclusive property of Dreainno.

Google Chrome, Chromium, and the Chrome Web Store are trademarks of Google LLC. Fogo is an independent product developed by Dreainno and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Google LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE FOGO CHROME EXTENSION AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DREAINNO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THIRD-PARTY APIS (SUCH AS WEATHER SERVICES, AI PROVIDERS, OR TASK MANAGERS) WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DREAINNO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DREAINNO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR FOGO PRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($10.00 USD).

8. Amendments to Terms & Software Updates

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at our sole discretion. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document accordingly. Continued use of Fogo following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
