All refunds are administered and disbursed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy LLC.

Once your refund request is authorized by Dreainno, the transaction is processed directly through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 7 business days.

Fogo Pro subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis ($9.99/year). You receive reminder notices prior to annual renewal.

7-Day Renewal Grace Period: If you unintentionally forgot to cancel your subscription prior to an annual renewal charge, we offer an extended 7-calendar-day grace period from the renewal date to request a refund for that recurring charge, provided you have not actively utilized premium AI synthesis or cloud features during that interval.

If you simply wish to prevent future annual billings without forfeiting the remainder of your current paid subscription period, you can easily cancel auto-renewal via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal link without requesting an immediate refund. Your Pro features will remain unlocked until your annual term concludes.

6. Post-Refund License Status

When a refund is approved and issued, your Fogo Pro license key is automatically deactivated. Your extension will revert seamlessly to the Fogo Free Edition. None of your stored local bookmarks, custom layout settings, or locally saved notes will be erased—you will simply lose access to Pro modules (such as AI briefings and unlimited tab stash sessions).
