1. Introduction & Operator Identification

This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Fogo Chrome Extension (the “Extension”) and our associated website operated by Dreainno (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy outlines our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you install and use the Extension.

By installing and using Fogo, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not install or use the Extension.

2. Manifest V3 Permissions & Technical Justification

In accordance with Google’s Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies and the Limited Use Requirements, Fogo requests only the minimum set of permissions necessary to deliver its declared features:

To eliminate ambiguity, we explicitly state that Fogo does NOT collect, record, or transmit:

• Your internet browsing history or visited URLs outside of your explicit, locally stored Tab Stash sessions.
• Your IP address, geolocation, or hardware machine identifiers.
• Keystrokes, passwords, form entries, or cookie tokens.
• Personal biometric, demographic, or profiling data.

4. Third-Party APIs & Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK)

Fogo includes optional integrations with external services to enrich your dashboard experience:

• Open-Meteo Weather Service: Weather forecasts are retrieved via non-authenticated HTTPS queries. Your broad approximate latitude/longitude is queried client-side without storing persistent location logs.
• Generative AI Providers (Gemini / OpenAI): If you choose to enable external AI copilot summaries, you provide your own personal API key. Your API key is stored strictly within your browser’s local secure storage and queries are dispatched directly from your browser to Google or OpenAI endpoints using standard end-to-end HTTPS encryption. We do not operate an intermediary proxy server.
• Productivity Sync (Todoist / Notion): OAuth tokens or API keys provided for task synchronization are stored locally on your device and communicate directly with the official third-party APIs.

5. Payment Processing via Lemon Squeezy

Fogo Pro subscriptions ($9.99/year) are billed and processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy LLC. When you purchase Fogo Pro, your financial information (including credit card numbers, billing address, and tax IDs) is collected directly by Lemon Squeezy and is subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy.

Dreainno never receives, handles, or stores your raw payment method or credit card numbers. We only receive a transaction confirmation, license activation status, and your email address for order fulfillment.

6. Rights Under GDPR & CCPA/CPRA

Because Fogo retains your data locally on your device, you have immediate, autonomous control over your information at all times:

• Right of Access & Portability: You may inspect and export all your saved notes, widgets, and preferences anytime directly within the Extension settings menu.
• Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): Clearing your browser’s extension data or uninstalling Fogo immediately and permanently purges 100% of your stored preferences from your machine.
• Do Not Sell My Personal Information: We do not sell, rent, or barter consumer personal information to third parties, satisfying all CCPA requirements.

7. Data Security Architecture

We implement rigorous security best practices compliant with Chromium Manifest V3 specifications. Fogo uses zero dynamic code evaluation (eval() is completely eliminated), enforces strict Content Security Policies (CSP), and routes all third-party requests over transport layer security (TLS/HTTPS).
